We will always strive to design and deliver quality, stylish, and forward-thinking fashion. But every design and unit sold carries an important message.
At Beau & Mai we appreciate how challenges with mental health can affect our lives. Whilst we aren’t experts on how to manage this, we have our own experiences – See Our story.
From our experience we know that talking to each other to raise awareness of our challenges is really important. It’s one of the actions we’d really like to promote as part of our brand. Sometimes we just need reassuring and reminding that our family, friends and even colleagues are there for us.
In our experience, sharing your thoughts and challenges with others can give you a voice, sometimes from a perspective of those that are struggling a little, we don't need an answer, solution or even many words back; just having someone willing to listen can make such a difference.
That is why we want Beau & Mai to be recognised not only for the quality of the products we provide, but also to encourage people to take the opportunity to 'check in' on their family, friends, colleagues and those you think may just need an ear.
Furthermore, Beau & Mai wants to try help in other ways, we want to ensure people that need support the most, have the resources they need available to them. That is why we aim to donate to charities that provide help to people with mental health challenges.
The bigger Beau & Mai grows the more donations we can generate to support charities to make a difference.
