Returning Your Items

At Beau & Mai we have a 30-day return policy, which means you up to 30 days after receiving your items to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns: we recommend insuring your parcel to the full value of the contents, with tracking and signature for postage. Please keep hold of any proof of postage and tracking you have until you have been refunded as we cannot process the return without receiving the item.


To start a return, you can contact us email at help@beauandmai.co.uk or via our Instagram direct message. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items


We always ask that you inspect your order upon receipt to check everything is as expected. But, If your product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, firstly we are sorry, but please contact us at help@beauandmai.co.uk
 immediately quoting your order details along with details of your issue so that we can ensure we get you the resolution you need as quickly as possible. 

 

Exchanges 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Please be aware we reserve the right to decline a refund in the product has been worn or damaged in any way once inspected on receipt.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
